Project Ebonhold is a WotLK 3.3.5a-based roguelite with Echo choices and account progression. Hordes of Azeroth and Azeroth Survivors are separate projects. Their build, client and save instructions do not transfer here.

Two useful starting points

Choose the class whose ordinary actions you enjoy. The starter tier is an editorial learning aid; an unlocked Echo or familiar class can change your preference.
