THE COBALT TAKE
Our take: this is an interesting sustain-to-pressure plan once its actual milestones are active. Before then, preserve a functional damage source. A future healing-to-damage engine does not make an unfinished healing-only opening clear enemies.

Original builds were cross-checked between 0.111.0 and 0.130.0; the new alternate builds were checked directly against 0.130.0 native talent records. All 102 class abilities were checked. The build in four decisions.
Check whether Rejuvenation is learned, supplied by a talent, or supporting a pet/proc engine.
Use the build priorities. Consider early Luck when damage and survival are already sufficient.
Read which learned spell the amulet remakes; do not assume it changes a free proc or pet.
A working setup need not wait for one necklace. Read actual effects and any repeated-offer empowerment.
BEFORE YOU START THE RUN
Give the plan a starting point.
Separate the three healing milestones
Swiftmend supplies a free Regrowth when health falls below forty percent, limited to once every eight seconds. Tranquility makes a heal you cast also damage enemies within twelve yards. Tree of Life turns healing beyond maximum health into a shield, capped at twenty percent of maximum health, and supplies a free Rejuvenation every six seconds. Each changes the plan at a different stage; check the effects the current character actually owns.
Keep damage alive while the engine develops
Rejuvenation and Regrowth are in the Druid’s native spell pool, but the Restoration endpoint does not say it replaces the opening attack. Until the heal-to-damage milestone is learned, use an effective current damage spell while developing healing support. Even later, an enemy outside Tranquility’s stated range asks a different question from a nearby pack. This is a direction for decisions, not an exact account-wide allocation.

Check how your core engine comes online
Read your selected talents and current spell list. A learned spell, a free cast and a pet engine are different starting points. Take a spell offer if it fills the missing job; learned-spell eligibility for a legendary amulet is a separate question.

Establish a real healing spell
Improved Healing Touch explicitly strengthens Regrowth and Rejuvenation. A learned Rejuvenation gives its ordinary offers and known-spell equipment conditions a clear place in the plan. A free effect supplied by a talent is useful, but do not assume that it automatically satisfies every condition applied to a known spell.
Improve healing with a purpose
More healing can answer an immediate survival problem. Once Tranquility is learned, healing casts also have a documented nearby damage role; with Tree of Life, healing beyond full health can build a limited shield. Evaluate which of those benefits the current character has before judging every healing improvement as either wasted or automatically offensive.
Keep cast cadence and fixed timers distinct
Improved Rejuvenation shortens the spell’s cooldown. Tree of Life separately states a six-second free Rejuvenation, while Swiftmend has an eight-second restriction. Shortening the learned spell’s cooldown does not by itself prove those independent fixed timings change. Likewise, passive regeneration and every healing tick are not automatically the same as a heal you cast.
Buy future rarity after present survival works
Luck improves the odds of rarer level-up upgrades. It can be an opening investment when damage and recovery already keep the run stable. If the character lacks a working heal or cannot secure kills, another future-facing choice may delay the component the engine needs now. It does not guarantee a Rejuvenation-remaking amulet.
BUILD CONNECTIONS
Talents that support the idea.
Inspect the synergies, then compare them with the Armory’s Talents tab between runs. The recorded client describes milestones at 10, 20 and 30 points. Exact ranks and tunable values must be read in your client.
WHY IT MATTERS
Improved Healing Touch
Improves Regrowth and Rejuvenation healing. Follow the named spells rather than importing a different Healing Touch ability.
Hover or focus a talent on desktop; tap on mobile. This is a synergy reference. Node order is a reading order, not a point allocation or an unlock tree.
FROM FIRST PICKS TO A FINISHED ENGINE
Your run plan.
Before the run
Locate the current milestone boundary
Check whether you are building toward Swiftmend, have unlocked heal-cast damage, or already possess the Tree of Life endpoint. Those stages have different priorities. Choose the first missing component that makes the current character work, rather than treating every future synergy as active at the start.
Opening
Balance recovery with the ability to clear
Establish a damage source and then evaluate a useful Rejuvenation or Regrowth offer. Healing support is valuable when it repairs damage taken, but without the Tranquility milestone it is not documented to create the nearby Nature burst. Keep enough damage to prevent the run from becoming a long retreat without kills.
Developing
Use the twelve-yard condition carefully
Tranquility damages enemies around you when a qualifying heal is cast. Nearby enemies can therefore turn recovery into pressure. That does not require standing still in danger or walking into melee just to include one more target. Preserve an exit and compare the value of safer positioning with a slightly larger affected group.
Shield stage
Build a reserve without inventing an unlimited bank
Tree of Life gives excess healing a defensive use, bounded by its stated shield cap. Gift of Nature supports heals and shields, while direct healing support develops the named spells. Read the current values rather than extending the reserve indefinitely or assuming the shield prevents every large hit. Swiftmend is a low-health response, not a lethal-blow rescue.
Equipment decision
Compare the exact recovery remake
A matching amulet must be evaluated against the spell actually known and the current worn effect. Check whether the proposed remake improves recovery, the offensive interaction or another present need. Do not invent a named item, an automatic trigger chain or a guaranteed drop to make the route complete.

Keep the build focused.

Treating Swiftmend as protection from a lethal blow.
Assuming the excess-healing shield can grow without its stated limit.
QUICK ANSWERS
Druid build questions
Is healing wasted when I am already full? +
With Tree of Life learned, healing beyond maximum health has a documented shield conversion, up to its cap. Before that endpoint, assess the effects the character actually owns.
Does this replace the Moonfire or Cat Form guide? +
It is a separate Restoration direction, using healing and its native milestones rather than assuming the Balance or Feral endpoints are active too.
Does every heal-over-time tick create the same damage pulse? +
The verified Tranquility text refers to a heal you cast. This guide does not extend that condition to every passive or periodic healing event without observing the specific interaction.
