Check the address and the message
Open the project at wow.aethus.pl. Its launcher explicitly checks for WebGPU and points visitors to supported browser options. Record the message you actually see, rather than following a fix for a different error.
There are three useful branches: the page itself does not open, the page opens but reports a graphics problem, or loading starts and then stops. Keep that distinction in your notes. A browser capability test cannot tell you whether the game host is currently overloaded.
If WebGPU is unavailable
Use our browser readiness check in the same browser and profile as the game. It checks the current page's secure context, whether the WebGPU API exists and whether the browser can provide an adapter. A positive result is a useful prerequisite, not a promise that a particular game will run.
Update the browser using its normal update screen, close and reopen it, then compare the result. On a managed computer, ask the administrator about graphics restrictions. Avoid changing several experimental flags at once: it makes the original problem harder to identify.
If loading starts, then stops
First let the current attempt finish or produce an error. Repeatedly reloading gives you less evidence and restarts work. Check whether the same official address opens on your normal connection. If you try another browser, treat it as a separate test environment rather than proof that your existing progress has moved.
For a useful bug report, note the browser version, operating system, exact message and whether the failure happens before or after the game menu. Share a screenshot of the error rather than an unrelated account or full desktop.
Protect progress before a reset
Clearing a site's storage is a broad reset, not a harmless first step. Check the current game's own export or backup options before following advice that deletes data. Our diagnostic does not read or recover game saves.
If the launcher offers a desktop alternative, reach it through the project's own page. We do not host executable files, validate desktop installers or present third-party mirrors as the original game.
Sources & scope
Reviewed against project documentation on 29 October 2026. This is a source-based checklist, not a hands-on performance benchmark. A later game update may change its menus.
